A single room cost is 299PLN per night
A double room is 324 PLN per night
You can also order a taxi from the airport to the hotel and back - the cost for 1-4 people is 20 EURO (one way).
The hotel will offer you the a range of tours outside before and after the meeting (to be booked by each of you at your own expenses). During the meeting we also plan a siteseeing tour in Krakow that is at no cost for you.

Conference fee:
The attendance at the conference is free for both COST represetative accepted by the Committee. The meeting is open for all parties interested. For participants not funded by the COST Actions, fees including lunch, coffee, materials etc. will be required - approximately 500 PLN - this includes dinners, lunches, coffee breakes siteseeing tour in Krakow and abstract book.
